Basalt's Megan Lund-Lizotte and Evergreen's Brandy Erholtz will race against the world's best mountain runners on Sunday in Switzerland. The Sierre-Zinal 31K race includes a whopping 2200 meters of climbing and 800 meters of descent, and is arguably the most competitive mountain race in the world. Lund-Lizotte was the surpise winner a year ago as Erholtz finished third. The new trail running site Inside Trail includes more background on the race itself, while Nick Clark catches up with the two Colorado stars on RunColo's behalf here.
