Runners Roost Announces 2012 Team

Runners Roost has just announced their teams for the 2012 racing season. In the announcement on Facebook, Roost states: "We are excited and honored to have over 120 athletes on the team who are focused on the running, mountain and triathlon disciplines this year. We are very proud to have a team that consists of Runners Roost's most loyal ambassadors and will be highly competitive across all three disciplines this racing season."


This year the Runners Roost teams are broken down into three disciplines: road, mountain/ultra and triathlon. They have also spread across the front range by including runners and teams within the overall Runners Roost name with athletes out of the Louisville, Fort Collins, Lakewood and Colorado Springs locations.

In a year where other teams seemed to be diminishing or disappearing and losing athletes, Roost stepped up their team with an additional 40 people on the roster this year and from what I know, is the largest team in the state. Below are the teams by discipline.
