
Neuman wins the 2011 Boulder Marathon.
After finishing fifth at the USATF CO state 5K championships and fourth at the 10K chapmionships, Justin Ricks (Pueblo West) moved up to finish in the money ($600) with his 2:36 runner-up effort. Boulder's Jaime Calzada was third in 2:46 ($400).
The master's win went to Jonathan Wells who ran 2:59:38 to finish just ahead of Bob Sweeney's 3:00:18. Denver's John D'Angelo ran 3:04:29 as the third master and Longmont's Charles Wilbur finished fourth in the master's class with his 3:09:33 run. With the top-3 masters not being prize-money eligible, and Wilbur being a USATF Colorado member, he pocketed the $500 master's prize.

Wilbur earns $500.
Gianna Fable collected the women's win in 3:11. Tressa Breindel ran 3:13 and Kara Henry 3:16 to round out the women's podium. Nederland's Lisa Goldsmith earned $500 as the top master, running 3:23.


Henry finishes third overall and Goldsmith is first master.
