Unfortunately the three Garmins that I heard post-race had it at 3.01, 3.06, and 3.07 miles, so can't call it a PR Mike. Thanks though.

Also, Simon, didn't check, but I'm pretty sure that Colleen won last year with Fee in second, not Nan.

That's true, Nan didn't run this last year. Also Justin, I don't think the race distance should be discounted based on the GPS results because GPS's are known to be short and not completely accurate on hairpin turns. It doesn't surprise me that they all registered a little short with the 6 hair pin turns on that course.

My error on calling Nan last year's winner, sorry.

The 180 turns have to be more error prone on the Garmin, however I would guess that the elite course was a tad short. Everyone seemed to run some really fast times and it was pretty hot/humid.

I had the corporate/open race at 3.02 miles, so it was also short.

However, those 180 turns definitely slowed the elite runners down.

Cool vids! Thanks for sharing. Definitely a fun and fast race even if it was a tad bit short.
