The Silly Pig Mud Run is a 5k run designed to bring out the inner child in you that longs to get muddy, wet and have lots of outdoor fun in beautiful Colorado. See if you’re fit enough and have the mental and physical perseverance to complete the Silly Pig Mud Run. This is definitely not your average 5k road run.

Please join us for our first annual Vonnie’s Voice 5K Walk/Run in Leadville, CO (10,152 ft.) on August 6, 2011 at 8:00 a.m. "The Two Mile High City" route is on the west side of the historic town with beautiful scenic views of the highest mountains in Colorado - Mt. Elbert and Mt. Massive.

This benefit event is to raise awareness of and strengthen the current stalking laws and to give stalking victims like Vonnie, a voice!! Vonnie was tragically taken from us by a stalker, who lived next door to her. Nothing was done to protect her. The proceeds raised from the walk/run will be used for: a teacher’s scholarship fund in Vonnie’s name, a donation in Vonnie’s name to the Leadville Family-Crisis Center, and a donation to the school where she worked for purchasing winter coats for kids.
