    Kim Dobson won three straight Pikes Peak Ascents between 2011 and 2013, smashing a long-standing course record in 2012. She also won New Hampshire's Mount Washington Road Race in 2011 and 2012. Dobson relocated from the Front Range to Grand Junction and then took 2014 off while giving birth to her first child.     Get out and celebrate Veterans' Day this Saturday with a 5K or 10K and Colorado Race Timing. We have two races to tell you about, both in Denver. Last year the Denver Veterans Day Run 5K had 387 finishers and was won by David Seucick and Emily Wu. New this year, will be a 10k added to the 5K festivities, the race starts at Metro State.

    The Run for Remembrance 5K had 103 finishers last year and the 10K had 63 finishers, both races also feature the rucksack option for those looking to up the ante! Read below for more details!

She ran 2:48.14 at Eugene in May 2011, 2:43.12 at Chicago in October 2011, 2:44.27 at the Olympic trials in Houston in January 2012, and then 2:43.37 at Chicago in October 2012.
