||The Pancake Stampede is a new addition to this year's Western Welcome Week celebration. The theme of Western Welcome Week 2012 is Fun & Fit! Have FUN and be FIT with this family-friendly 5k!
Race course starts and ends at Hudson Gardens & Event Center at 8:00am. The course is a 5K along the Mary Carter Greenway, by the beautiful Platte River. Strollers are allowed, however no dogs are allowed on Hudson Gardens grounds. The race will not be timed; everyone wins!
The $20 registration fee includes a t-shirt and entry into the Western Welcome Week Pancake breakfast. The breakfast includes all you can eat pancakes and Jose's sizzlin' sausage, juice, milk, and coffee. A great setting to reminisce with friends old and new!
Post race activities will include:

17th Bruce Wolf Stick Horse Stampede!
For children up to 12 years old. Bring your own stick horse or buy a one-of-a-kind at the event from Jane's Posse for $10. Free registration starts at 9am â€” Stampede promptly at 10am. Ribbons for winners â€” participation ribbons for all. Hang around for the Senior Stampede immediately following the kids stampede - FUN to watch and participate!
