    * I've run two times in the last four weeks. I was hurting pretty bad after BolderBoulder, but feel like I am on the road to recovery.     * After Colfax Half Marathon, I felt really banged up. Having done little speed work this year, my body wasn't recovering quickly. With my Achilles being sore and tightness in my gluteus medius, decided to take the weekend off in preparation for the BolderBoulder.

    The Colfax Half was not a PR, but it might have been one of my best races ever, considering my lack of training in 2013. Only two weeks prior, I had run 6:15 pace at the Cherry Creek Sneak 10M. Fast forward to Colfax and I ran 6:07 pace for 12.99 ...
