So the first week jumping back into running didn't go as I had hoped or planned. Perhaps I tried to change too much to fast without actually having a realist plan to implement it into my schedule. When I graduated with my Bachelor degree, I was in the best shape of my life. I was fit, running daily, and truly enjoying it. Grad school threw a few more items into the schedule and I slowly started to run less. After graduating with my Master's, I moved to the Upper Peninsula of Michigan where I had 8 beautiful months of blizzard-like conditions and thus, running became even more sparse due to the weather.
