    08/30 - 8 miles
    08/31 - 14 with 9 miles at 6:30 pace
    09/01 - 7.1 miles
    09/02 - Off, first day off in 7 weeks.

    * Took an easy week, wanted to back off a bit leading into Park to Park 10M.

    08/20 - 20 miles with 90(secs)*10 at marathon pace
    08/21 - 10 miles
    08/22 - 7 miles in AM + 8 miles in PM, track intervals
    08/23 - 12 miles
    08/24 - 15 miles with progression run, 1st mile in 6:22, 2nd mile in 6:11, 3rd mile in 6:24 (felt awful)
    08/25 - 8 miles
    08/26 - 15 miles in 7:19, last few miles in 7 flat.

    8/13 - 20 miles with 15m @ 6:59 pace
    8/14 - 12 miles with Tristan
    8/15 - 7 miles in AM + 7.25m track interval session in PM (400, 600, 800, 1600, 800, 600, 400)
    8/16 - 10 miles with Tristan
    8/17 - 5 miles
    8/18 - 5 miles in Aspen
    8/19 - 15 miles with 6 @ 6:40 pace

    Total 81.25M

    * Work prevented another 90M week, as I was in Aspen on Friday and Saturday. But I still managed to get in a few short runs so that was good.

    08/06 - 20 miles with 15*1M at marathon race pace
    08/07 - 12 miles @ 7:26 with Tristan
    08/08 - 11 miles in AM & 7 miles in PM - interval workout on track (4*1200 + 1*800m)
    08/09 - 12 miles easy with Tristan
    08/10 - 15 miles with 8 @ 6:22 pace with Tristan
    08/11 - 5.5 miles easy with Lori W.
    08/12 - 8 miles easy in Boulder
