    09/18 - 10 miles + 2 miles in PM with Vibrams
    09/19 - 3*2 miles at 6:05, 6:06, & 6:12 with 1/2 mile recovery. 12 miles total.

    09/22 - Rock 'n' Roll Half Marathon - 1:18:46 + 1 mile warmup
    09/23 - Dylan's birthday party, off.

    * Not a great mileage week, but the quality was there. I also wanted to be somewhat fresh for the half marathon, needed the confidence boost and got one. ...

    09/13 - 12 miles with 10 @ 6:22 pace

    Total - 90 Miles

    * Solid week, didn't get in my other quality workout, but happy to get the mileage in. Worked a ton this past week and those Saturday and Sunday runs fell in the "running is the last thing I want to do right now" category.

    * I got dominated by work this past week. However, after some long days on Saturday and Sunday, just glad I was able to get a few miles in when running was the last thing that I wanted to do.
    * Happy with the 9 miles at 6:22, felt good.
