    09/17 - 20 miles
    09/18 - 10 miles + 2 miles in PM with Vibrams
    09/19 - 3*2 miles at 6:05, 6:06, & 6:12 with 1/2 mile recovery. 12 miles total.
    09/20 - 12 miles
    09/21 - off
    09/22 - Rock 'n' Roll Half Marathon - 1:18:46 + 1 mile warmup
    09/23 - Dylan's birthday party, off.

    Total 70.1 Miles

    * Not a great mileage week, but the quality was there. I also wanted to be somewhat fresh for the half marathon, needed the confidence boost and got one. ...

    09/11 - 10 miles
    09/12 - 12 miles with 9 & 6:56 pace
    09/13 - 12 miles with 10 @ 6:22 pace
    09/14 - 15 miles
    09/15 - 10 miles
    09/16 - 11 miles

    Total - 90 Miles

    * Solid week, didn't get in my other quality workout, but happy to get the mileage in. Worked a ton this past week and those Saturday and Sunday runs fell in the "running is the last thing I want to do right now" category.

    09/04 - 10 miles
    09/05 - 10 miles
    09/06 - 2 miles
    09/07 - 9 miles at 6:22 pace - 12 total
    09/08 - 5 miles
    09/09 - 7.2 miles

    Total - 58.2 Miles

    * I got dominated by work this past week. However, after some long days on Saturday and Sunday, just glad I was able to get a few miles in when running was the last thing that I wanted to do.
    * Happy with the 9 miles at 6:22, felt good.

    08/29 - 8 miles in AM + 7.5 miles in PM with track interval workout
    08/30 - 8 miles
    08/31 - 14 with 9 miles at 6:30 pace
    09/01 - 7.1 miles
    09/02 - Off, first day off in 7 weeks.

    Total 72.6 Miles

    * Took an easy week, wanted to back off a bit leading into Park to Park 10M.

    08/20 - 20 miles with 90(secs)*10 at marathon pace
    08/21 - 10 miles
    08/22 - 7 miles in AM + 8 miles in PM, track intervals
    08/23 - 12 miles
    08/24 - 15 miles with progression run, 1st mile in 6:22, 2nd mile in 6:11, 3rd mile in 6:24 (felt awful)
    08/25 - 8 miles
    08/26 - 15 miles in 7:19, last few miles in 7 flat.
