    07/31 - 5m with 6*30 second hill sprints 1m run with the kids

    08/03 - 8m with kids on their bikes

    04/15 - 2.5m w/u - 3*2m at 5:57, 5:55, 5:50 pace with 1/2 recovery, 2.5m cool down.
    04/16 - 10m @ 7:34
    04/17 - 16m @ 6:46 pace
    04/18 - 5m easy with Dylan on bike.
