    * Still not 100%, recovering from influenza/bronchitis. Chest is still a bit tight, back is a tad sore, but getting better. Pace is starting to picked up, ran the 10 milers in the 7:30's, last week they were just under 8 minute pace.

    12/26 - 10 miles with 4*1.5m tempo repeats
    12/27 - 10 miles
    12/28 - 10 miles with 6m @ 6:25 pace
    12/29 - 14 miles
    12/30 - 20 miles at 7:06 pace, last mile in 6:21

    * Workouts on the 26th and 28th were tough due to ice and snow on the Platte Trail. The goal on the 28th was 10 miles at 6:20, but I foolishly wore my Inov-8s which have tread like racing tires on them. I was sliding all over the place ...
