Mizuno Wave Inspire 4 Review:

The Mizuno Wave Inspire 4 is an every day trainer for moderate pronators.  It's on the lighter end of
trainers, weighing in at 11.1 ounces.  It features a synthetic and mesh upper lining and overall I feel
that the shoe gives you a snug feel, especially in the heel.  The Mizuno Inspire 4 is recommended for
runners with low to medium  arches.  I had mentioned in a previous review that I noticed the arch in
the
Mizuno Wave Elixir 3 but that was not the case for the Inspire.

Over the past year I have run primarily in the Nike Zoom Elite and I would say that the Mizuno Wave
Inspire has a similar feel.  I prefer my everyday trainers to be on the lighter side and offer moderate
stability and the Inspire does all of these things well.

The Mizuno Wave Inspire has a unique heel fit.  I've heard from several runners that it can take
awhile to get used to the Mizuno heel.  Thus, I was expecting the heel to feel odd and I did notice a
differance but at no time has it ever bothered me.  The other complaint that I have heard about
Mizuno shoes is that with that unique heel they will often times trap snow under the gap.  I can't attest
to that complaint since I have not run in these shoes during the snowy months of winter.  Also that
complaint may not be valid on the Inspire.

The Mizuno Wave Inspire 4 felt great right out of the box, no break in period was required.  I would
recommend this trainer for runners with medium to low arches, looking for a lightweight everyday
trainer.
